30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction means everything to us. That’s why we offer a 30-day free return and refund policy for all our leather bags. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for any reason—provided that the item has not been used, modified, damaged, or worn in any way.

Please note that in certain cases, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.


Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns. This covers inspection, cleaning, repackaging, and restocking of the item.


Refund and Exchange Requirements

To qualify for a refund or exchange, please ensure that:

  • Returns are only available for customers within the United States and Canada

  • The request is made within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase

  • Items are in original condition (unused, unmodified, and undamaged)

  • Items are returned in original packaging, including any dust bags or tags

  • A proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided

Return shipments must be prepaid and insured against loss or damage, and a tracking number must be provided.
Please note that C.O.D. (collect on delivery) shipments will not be accepted.


Return Process

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • A copy of your original invoice

  • Reason for return

  • Full name

  • Email and shipping address

  • Phone number and preferred callback time

  • Proof of prepaid return shipment (if applicable)

Once received and approved, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 3–7 business days of receiving your return.

Exchange Process (within 30 days)

If you wish to exchange your leather bag for another model or color, please email info@[yourstore].com with the following:

Received the Wrong Item:

  • Attach photos or videos showing the received product

  • Include your invoice copy, full name, email, address, and phone number
    If you received the wrong item, we’ll provide prepaid return shipping.

Changed Your Mind or Ordered the Wrong Item:

  • Describe the reason for your exchange

  • Include your invoice copy, name, address, and contact details
    Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for exchange, and each order is limited to one exchange only.

Please note: customers are responsible for prepaid return shipping in most cases, and C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.


Cancelling Your Order

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within one hour of placing it.
After this period, cancellations are not possible as orders move quickly into processing and dispatch.
