For our U.S. customers, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $29.99 USD on all orders. Shipments are fulfilled from Montreal, Canada and delivered via UPS Tracked Shipping (2โ€“3 Business Days).

Taxes or Import Fees

Orders shipped within Canada are not subject to any customs duties or import fees.
All Bagstrouva products are stored and shipped domestically from Montreal, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience.


๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ For U.S. Customers
As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. government has ended the duty exemption for low-value goods under $800 USD.
This means import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are collected by UPS upon delivery under the Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place) โ€” formerly known as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

If a customer refuses to pay duties or taxes and the shipment is returned to us, Bagstrouva will issue a refund once the item is received and inspected at our facility. Please note that return shipping costs, brokerage fees, and any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
